1. About us and these terms
This website is operated by HBT Global Enterprise Ltd, registered in England & Wales, company number 16912621, trading from Nottingham, United Kingdom ("we", "us"). Contact: contact@hbtglobal.co.uk. By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. What this website is for
This website provides information about our business and a way to contact us. It is not an online shop: purchases of our retail stock are made through our eBay store or Amazon storefront, and those transactions are governed by the terms, prices and policies shown on the relevant platform at the time of purchase.
3. Quotes and enquiries
Any quote request submitted through this website is an enquiry only. Prices, availability and timescales for courier, staffing and beauty services are only binding once we confirm them to you in writing (usually by email). We may decline any enquiry at our discretion.
4. Accuracy of information
We take care to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but it is provided for general information and may change without notice. Nothing on this site constitutes professional advice.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or knowingly introduce malicious code.
- Do not use our contact channels to send unlawful, abusive or spam content.
6. Intellectual property
The content of this website — including text, the HBT monogram and page design — belongs to HBT Global Enterprise Ltd unless stated otherwise. You may view and print pages for personal use, but may not reproduce them commercially without our written permission. eBay, Amazon, WhatsApp and Formspree are trademarks of their respective owners.
7. Third-party links
Links to third-party sites (such as eBay or Amazon) are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.
8. Liability
We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, we are not liable for loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute — although if you are a consumer you may also rely on mandatory protections of the country you live in.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies from its "last updated" date.
